Feminism’s Faux Empowerment “The Anti-Christian Woman Movement”

Feminism, the most empowering and “be a better you” movement in today’s society for us women…NOT! It’s actually quite the contrary. Sadly, so many females are sucked into the lie that this movement was created to exalt women’s individuality, values and to set a goal to run the world one day. This is quite the opposite role that God had in mind for every female. Genesis 2:18 KJV- “And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.” In Genesis, you see here that God created a woman for the sole purpose of being a man’s “help meet” or a companion. Now, most women today would take that as an insult, as maybe this was an indication that He created us to be lesser of the two.

But God actually had a divine purpose for us as helpers to men. Proverbs 31:10-31 KJV- “Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.”

Proverbs 31:26 KJV- “She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.”

Proverbs 31:30-31 KJV- “Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.”

Proverbs 3:15-18 KJV- “She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her…”

If it’s not already obvious, we’re kind of a big deal! In God’s eyes He knew men would need a “softer” counterpart to compliment their endeavors. We bring grace and encouragement to men when life gets rough. When feminism tells you to be his equal, God tells you to be his helper, someone to love and someone who can do just what men can’t. Women were created to be nurturers… to have the family values intact ready to raise up the next generation. We literally could be raising the next Preacher, the next Professor or even the President of the United States one day. Talk about an intimidating yet rewarding task at hand. Feminism sees family as a burden.

They don’t want you staying home, raising children. Feminists push the need for women to have abortions because having a child disrupts the plans you may have for yourself. They want women taking over the corporate world, focusing on a materialistic way of living. With women taking over the jobs that could have gone to men, that leaves for less work opportunities for the men to climb the ladder of success and actually feed his family. Feminism is the exact reason the country is financially dependent on the government and every family is feeling the burden of that. Think about how much simpler life would be if we got back to the basics… how God intended.

Mothers would stay home, raise the children while Dads would go make the money to keep the family going. Lets look in scripture at what defines a woman: Titus 2:3-5 KJV- "3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; 4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed." Clearly, these are not the goals for the typical feminist.

They are usually very outspoken, loud, confrontational, career focused and has hatred for what God has called us to be. There are so many families struggling spiritually because Satan has convinced the mothers that they need a big house, the most popular SUV with all the bells and whistles… which in turn forces her to hit the workforce to help provide for that. Our intent should be focused on living simple and manageable for the husband to afford. Now, don’t hear what I’m not saying… if you have a career you love and you must work to keep food on the table, then do so.

But don’t put your all into that career that you come home miserable and not ready to withstand the energy your husband and children have waiting for you. Your place of employment will replace you tomorrow if need be but your husband and children have one wife and one mother that they have to depend on everyday. Don’t let the lies of feminism get your home out of order. It’ll bring a nasty spirit that ultimately keeps you worldly and takes away the focus of serving the Lord cheerfully as a wife and mother. God’s design for us is so much more than the feminist who degrades us as a whole, don’t fall for it! It’s a trap!
